Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Welcome to our website. We value and respect the intellectual property rights of others, just as we expect that our rights will be respected by others. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), copyright owners or their agents can submit a takedown notice to us through our DMCA Agent listed below. As an internet service provider, we are protected by the DMCA’s “safe harbor” provisions. To file an infringement claim in good faith, the following information must be provided:

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. A signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed.
  3. Identification of the infringing material and details to help locate it.
  4. Contact information of the complaining party.
  5. A statement that the use of the material is unauthorized.
  6. A statement that the notification is accurate and made under penalty of perjury.

Under Title 17 USC §512(f), civil penalties can be imposed for misrepresentations in an infringement notification. Takedown notices should be sent via our Contact page for prompt attention.

Any copyright infringement claims received may be shared with the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you agree that your identity and claim details may be shared with the accused.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If your material has been taken down due to a copyright claim, you can submit a counter notification to have it restored. The notification must include:

  1. Your signature.
  2. Description of the removed material and its original location.
  3. A statement that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction.

Submit your counter notice via our Contact page, preferably by email.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a strict policy against copyright infringement. We maintain a list of DMCA notices and make efforts to identify repeat infringers. Accounts of repeat offenders will be terminated.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update this policy on handling DMCA claims at any time. Check back regularly for any changes.
